Can I switch plans anytime?
This feature is not currently supported but will be available in the future. For now, please contact our support team if you need to change your plan.
What happens if I run out of AI quota?
You can switch to other AI models that still have available quota. For Hosting plans: You can use your own API keys from the start.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual subscribers. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime without penalty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, ETH) for annual plans.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. All prices include hosting, security updates, and platform integrations. Only add-on services are extra.
Can I use my own API keys with Pro/Max plans?
Pro/Max plans currently do not support using your own API keys. If you want to use your own API keys, please choose the Hosting plan.
