Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AiBotClaw.Com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Service Description
2.1 OpenClaw Hosting
AiBotClaw.Com provides managed hosting for OpenClaw instances, enabling users to deploy AI chatbots across multiple platforms.
2.2 Service Components
- Managed OpenClaw instance deployment
- Dashboard for configuration and monitoring
- API key management (encrypted)
- Multi-platform integration (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
- ClawHub skill marketplace access
- Optional Moltbook.com integration
- Technical support based on subscription plan
Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3.2 Account Information
- Provide accurate, current information
- Maintain security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
3.3 Prohibited Users
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Pricing Plans
- Hosting Plan: $16.99/month (billed annually at $203.88)
- Pro Plan: $43.99/month (billed annually at $527.88)
- Max Plan: $199/month (billed annually at $2,388)
4.2 Payment Terms
- All plans billed annually in advance
- Payment via Stripe or PayPal
- Prices in USD
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
4.3 Refunds
- 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers
- No refunds for renewal periods
- No pro-rata refunds for early cancellation
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
4.4 Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change pricing with Monthly notice
- Existing subscribers locked into current pricing until renewal
- Price changes do not apply retroactively
Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Uses

- Personal use and experimentation
- Educational and research purposes
- Customer support automation
- Content creation and assistance
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal activities or content
- Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
- Spamming or mass unsolicited messaging
- Phishing or social engineering attacks
- Malware distribution or hacking attempts
- Violating platform terms of service (WhatsApp, Discord, etc.)
- Cryptocurrency mining or resource abuse
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials
- Bypassing usage limits or restrictions
5.3 Security Violations
- Installing malicious ClawHub skills (ClawHavoc exploits)
- Attempting to access other users' instances
- Reverse engineering or exploiting vulnerabilities
- DDoS attacks or network abuse
5.4 Consequences of Violation
- Immediate account suspension or termination
- No refunds for terminated accounts
- Reporting to law enforcement if necessary
- Legal action for damages
Service Availability and Support
6.1 Uptime Commitment
- Hosting Plan: Best effort (no SLA)
- Pro Plan: 99.5% monthly uptime
- Max Plan: 99.9% monthly uptime
6.2 Scheduled Maintenance
- Announced 48 hours in advance
- Typically during low-traffic periods
- Security patches may be applied without notice
6.3 Support Response Times
- Hosting Plan: 24-48 hours (email only)
- Pro Plan: 4-8 hours (email + chat)
- Max Plan: 1-2 hours (priority support + phone)
Data and Privacy
7.1 Data Ownership
- You retain all rights to your data
- Your API keys, configurations, and content remain yours
- We do not claim ownership of your chatbot conversations
7.2 Data Security
- AES-256 encryption for API keys at rest
- Zero-knowledge architecture - we cannot decrypt your keys
- TLS/HTTPS for all data in transit
- Instance isolation (independent containers)
7.3 Data Retention
- Account data: Duration of subscription + Monthly
- System logs: 7-90 days depending on plan
- Upon cancellation: Data permanently deleted after Monthly

Intellectual Property
8.1 Service Ownership
- AiBotClaw.Com owns all rights to the Service
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
- You may not use our intellectual property without permission

- OpenClaw is open-source software (Apache 2.0 license)
- You can access OpenClaw source code independently
- Our Service adds managed hosting, not software licensing
8.3 ClawHub Skills
- Skills are governed by individual skill licenses
- We do not warrant the quality or safety of third-party skills
- Users assume risk when installing ClawHub skills
Disclaimers and Limitations
9.1 Service "AS IS"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 No Guarantee of Results
- We do not guarantee chatbot performance or effectiveness
- AI model responses are provided by third-party providers
- Platform integration depends on external APIs (WhatsApp, etc.)
9.3 Third-Party Services
- We are not responsible for AI model provider downtime
- Platform API changes may affect functionality
- ClawHub skills are provided by third parties
9.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIBOTCLAW.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding amount paid in the last 12 months
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AiBotClaw.Com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content generated by your chatbot instances
Termination
11.1 By You
- Cancel anytime via dashboard
- No refunds for remaining subscription period
- Data deleted after Monthly
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Suspicious or illegal activity
- Abuse of resources or support
11.3 Effect of Termination
- Immediate loss of access to Service
- Data retention for Monthly (then permanent deletion)
- Outstanding balances remain due
Changes to Terms
12.1 Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:
- Email notification
- Dashboard notification
- Updated "Last Updated" date
12.2 Continued Use
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
